I loaded all the brass I had with 180gr hard cast bullet in 40sw.
I had about 20% half seated primer (Lee Pro 1000) and the first 15 was too much crimped I guess. The resizing die was like 1/8"+ over the shell holder when I was seating bullet so I had to remove the seating die and set it up right. It was shaving lube/lead from the canelure so I guess it was crimping before even seating.
I only did 3 load (4.2, 4.5, 4.8gr) which are under Minimum load (min. listed by Lee and Hodgdon are MAJOR load).
It was nice to do, not "fun" but not a pain.
Next will be to do the 1000 case that are going to be here next week
