Yea I believe it was wholesale sports that made the announcement. With respect to shooting corrosive I think that's what your sks rifles are better suited for. The 858s are too expensive and rare for me to risk forgetting to clean the thing after

I shoot corrosive through all mine all the time....and through lots of my other rifles. there is no reason not too. If you can't clean it right away give everything a good hose down with wd40...it blocks O2 from the salts and you have lots of time to clean. even if the barrel was chromed you still need to clean...your piston etc isn't. chrome was to extend the life of the barrel under full auto use-age, not for rust resistance. Dont' be scared to shoot corrosive through the gun.
