the secret is not to keep refreshing.
just click the button and wait (sometimes 4-5 minutes).

to their credit the site never gave me a "site down" notice and reset me to the beginning.
just very, very slow.
but it did take me from one step to the next.

Hmm...why don't you pull your head out of the Wolverine's ass and think a bit...it is an $80,000 payday for these folks. That is more than most of us make in a year. They should have been a bit better prepared for today, don't you think? I changed my work shift so I could get one of these....been trying since 10:00 am and got nowhere. A lot of other people are in the same boat. These folks should have had things better organized for today.

What long wait that was! Only advice I can give is be be patient. Click only once and wait for the next page to load. The site won't crash it is just very, very, very slow.

I would add a couple more verys in there.
