(This is exactly how I had lost Adele tickets on Ticketmaster a few months ago; wife and daughters still suffer). Now I clicked back, input again the payment info, waited ... waited ... and eventually it went through.

THis also happened to me. Ensure that the address entered at the credit card entry page matches the address associated with the credit card. Once I corrected mine, everything worked out.
