THis also happened to me. Ensure that the address entered at the credit card entry page matches the address associated with the credit card. Once I corrected mine, everything worked out.

2nd go for processing payment probably wont work.....of course the address for shipping matchs billing

Don't go back, don't click more than once, let the system do its job and it will work. Just takes time and patience. I altered mine in checkout and it worked.

The Billing address does not have to be the same as the shipping address, but it DOES have to be the same as you have on file with your Credit Card financial Institution.

When you get a error message submitting the last step you have to go back to start over. It appears anyway cause it didn't process for whatever reason.
