Out of curiosity, what the hell calibre of centrefire would you use on a turkey? Would you be shooting center of mass or trying for the head?

I ask just because I always go for headshots with my bow/shotgun

A buddy (and a member here) saw them on Mount Baldy last fall, but no one to my knowledge has seen them west of the Valley. I've moved my trail cam and will post if I get any nibbles....
