And it was done with Milsurps so I thought some of you may enjoy some good clean pumpkin slaying fun.

Up until now I havent had the opportunity to shoot past 100M and this was 200ish so I was quite pleased to be able to make consistant hits.

Last fall we were out shooting at a friends and they were plinking away at a pumpkin with a .22 . So, like any good milsurper would do I brought out the SVT. I believe their comment after the first round was something to the effect of "oh my god!! that looked just like JFK's head!"
 
John, the white stuff all over the ground falls out of the sky.

That is Newton's fault, of course; he made up the Law about things falling DOWN.

Sometime it does not obey Newton's Law and decides to fall SIDEWAYS, bringing terrific amounts of wind with it.

It actually seems to be a form of crystallised WATER.

I know you don't see WATER all that much where you live, but kindly take my word on this. It's water.

It is God's Punishment upon us ALL for not having enough .303s.

YOU are likely NOT on God's list for this awful treatment.
 
don't believe him, if it was crystallized water- it would have to be cold. No self respecting human would be caught dead in such an environment, therefore it is a lie. In all actuality they are shooting from the "back 40" of a miracle whip factory- the white stuff is the condensate from the manufacturing process. They are wearing gloves because "miracle whip condensate" is highly corrosive until it has had a chance to cure.
