It is a pretty humble group of O/U shotguns that you are wanting to choose from, but the Lanber is probably the best long term value of those options. They have a pretty good reputation for a modest gun.
I would strictly avoid any Brazilian shotgun. I would also not be looking at guns rated in "Fair" condition.
I don't know the particular model of Fabarm, but it might be an acceptable choice, assuming it is in good enough condition. Removable chokes add significant resale value, though a F/M combination of fixed chokes is perfectly serviceable.
A thorough examination is in order before you commit to any of these guns.
Some good advice that I got many years ago - "Spend more, buy better." In over/under guns, a Browning or Beretta will offer a lifetime of service - the higher price amortized over many years is insignificant, and the resale value is solid.

I have no personal experience with Boito but the opinions of them are all over the map, I read once that they were rated as one of the six worst shotguns of all time but based on other opinions I've read on them I think that may be unfair. Some people think very highly of them.
The Fabarm above sounds ok.
I'd stay away from the Franchi only because it's listed as in fair condition.
The Lanber might be the best of the choices listed.

For the intended use that you list, I'd opt for mod and full with preferable 28 inch barrels or 30 as a second choice. If your using steel shot then make sure the gun you chose is compatible for it's use.

Really non of the above will with stand continues use they are 3-4 boxes of ammo per year . They will all have screw in chokes if they are new models don’t waste your money on used ones .

What's wrong with buying a good used gun? I've had many over the years and never viewed them as a waste of money, in fact I've had a lot more used guns than new ones. Some times the budget just doesn't have a new one in it!

I would take a step back and look around some more. Quality used that have been cared for are the best value.

Thats a ridiculous comment. Should we eliminate the EE on this website then?

I suspect struff is suggesting that none of the guns listed by the OP meet the criteria of a "good" used gun. You know none of my guns have been bought new by me but I'm in agreement with struff on this one. I see no point in buying these low end, 3-4 box a year guns either new or used.

There. Now have at me. LOL

Its quite possible thats what he meant but I always seem to struggle to understand what he types. The update for his grammar and spell check doesn't seem to have been downloaded

I doubt if anyone's going to have at you canvasback but that's why I posed the question "What's wrong with buying a used gun" and so far there has been no clarification.
