...and I had a case of lust at first sight :)

There was a Beretta under glass (not for sale, so I didn't ask to handle it) but something just spoke to me about that pistol. I'm assuming it was a 92, stainless, VERY nice....did I mention it was stainless? Man I like stainless pistols!

Being as I've never looked that the Beretta's before, and all the info I can find on the site is fior the new (IMO ugly) 90TWO, can you guys share your experiences/impressions, and just to fuel my lust....pics? :D

The 92FS Inox is a thing of beauty to be sure compared to the Glock which is all business. I can appreciate them both though - kind of like comparing a Ferrari to a BMW.

Inox is very nice......

....but I think my favourite 92 is the Steel-I (slim steel frame) that had the frame mounted safety formed beautifully into the design rather than the more common slide mount switch(several older versions had frame mounted safeties too).

A 92FS was my second ever pistol purchase. I found it to be very accurate, and never had a problem with function whatsoever.

Many complain that the trigger isn't so hot, which I agree with (fixable of course), and that the grip is quite large and gives a long reach to the trigger, which I also agree with (not so fixable...)

I really love my Beretta. The g/f loves it too which is ok, but she aways wants to shoot it. LOL. I have no problems with my Glocks either. My opinion is have one of each kind of gun and that way depending on your mood you can decide what to take to the range.

WW, did the gun look like one on the left in my sig line? :)

Yeah, 92Inox is one nice looking pistol; a work of art IMO; definitely deson't look like something made out of LEGO's. ;) But will hold its own against any other 'all business' pistol out there; mine has been the most reliable gun I've ever had!

How can anyone not like the lines of a Beretta? They look way nicer than your Glock! Of course all the real beauty was used up with the revolvers.:)
