So I'm looking for a matched set of sequentially numbered pistols....

If money is tight, spend $10K on a 3/4 ct stone and ring. Something that size will be far from "flashy"

Was $10K a typo?

PS, very cool you have a girl who's that into guns. I'm not sure how well a polymer gun will engrave though.

You sir, are a very lucky man. Congratulations to both of you - but especially you, that is one rare creature you've found.

I thought the same thing with the $10k on a ring, thats why I posted about getting a cheaper ring or one on sale!

In regards to getting the firearm engraved, a polymer pistol would only have it's slide engraved, I've seen it done many times.

$10k is an estimate. There is an equation for the ring cost. That being said get her something nice. It is not an item to go cheap on imho.

I am really looking forward to hearing /seeing these pistols!

man made diamonds guys far better value, and yes they are just as real as mined ones, only no blood on them

No typo. An "average Joe" probably earns $50,000 per year. Based on the 3 month salary tradition, someone making $50K/yr would spend $12,500 on a ring.

Sure, its a good chunk of money. However, you are buying a symbol of eternal love. If she isn't worth the money, you shouldn't be getting married anyway ;)
