Try some crow hunting or pigeons , I found an active scrape this week. We plan on yote hunting without the snow, dogs or callers.

I'm still planning on getting out for rabbits, grouse, wolfs and maybe a special deer bow only season nearby.

But mainly I plan to take the time until spring to learn how to bowhunt.

well since your camp is with in reason to ours ..lets spend a weekend at your camp.....get your stuff done....
then another at ours..
be fore warned......we need wood cut.....but if i dont have a log splitter made up.....i,ll rent one ..
or maybe..... we can cut a crap load of wood one weekend at both camps..... then spend another splitting it another weekend..with a splitter of course.. ( my bro)

Sounds like a fantastic idea to me! I'll get my chainsaw sharpened and some "pepsi colas" on ice. Just let me know.

I plan to knit a complete camo outfit from scratch, almost done with the socks!

In-between my knitting sessions (and assuming it ever snows...) I'll do my part in scaring up some jacks or cottontails and working up loads on a couple of my rifles.
