Bfiles, I'd say he probably got a one time ATT to transport the SCAR to the range because "its safer in the vault." Once it's kept at that address, you can take it and shoot it on the range.

So yeah. That rifle sees use. Me? I wouldn't bother waiting till the range shut down!
