so what game do you have in your freezer so far?

Couple of leftover mulies, one white-tail, moose, few grouse and quails. Would like to top the freezer off with some geese and ducks. The deer saeson ends at December 10th here in my area, and hope to get out hunting few more times before it's over.

Had the local german butcher make me some very nice european wieners, summer sausage and a mild pepperoni from one of the mulies.

chukar, (spelling?)-I got from a freind
heading to manitulin for somemore deer soon and maybe some grouse and snowshoe.
Hopefully get in some beaver hunting before I go (married with children) :)

Well I broke my leg on the first day of our moose hunt his fall, but have been blessed by friends: we have half a moose, half a caribou, some sheep, a few grouse and some bear.

Usually we are the ones giving the meat to those who need it. Tables turned this year. :)

thanks why-not, anyway i have this fella and a couple of partridge in my freezer. I left the ducks and geese alone ( most of the time) this year so far to focus on deer and it worked!
 
Elk, Moose, and white tail meat from 6 diiferent animals .
This is BST ( bullets and services tax from my reloading / rifle tuning hobby!)
and my very large mule deer.
Have to borrow freezer space if Hornhead and i connect
on a swamp donkey next week! :shock:

Fresh: Spruce Grouse, Sharptails, Ptarmigan, Rabbit, Duck, Trout, Whitefish, Walleye.

Last Season left-overs: Moose, Bison, Caribou.

Cleaning out one of the freezers next weekend. I guess I'll have to start making an honest effort now.
 
There is goose breasts, duck breasts, about 1 1/12 caribou yet, some deer, partridge, pickeral, and one bass, better start feasting cuz I hope more deer are coming. Oh and one whole snow goose and an owl for the wall.
