I recently came from a dealer thread saying they got in some of the 25 rounders and then there became a discussion on whether or not they are Prohibited items. I haven't heard any official word from the RCMP on the matter, so can someone explain what happened?
So what's going on with the Mossberg 715T 25 rounders?

I bought one used for my 715 before I upgraded to my sr22. From what I remember there was a memo issued from Mossberg stating they had a handgun that this mag would work in. This in turn would make it prohibited in respect to our silly laws.
I think I read the actual memo. Others say that the mag hasn't shown up on the prohibited list.
The 25 rnd mags used to come with the 715s so there are a ton out there. I can't see anyone getting locked up for having one.
