So what's it worth - Tariff edition

Wow. That's the most creative way anyone's ever been put on my ignore list.

I wouldn't want to unintentionally stumble into trying to purchase something from this person. They're obviously not trustworthy.
Someone is overly sensitive, lol

What exactly makes this fellow not trustworthy? Feedback is 58 @ 100%

As to his question, things change, values change. Win '94 carbines used to sell for $400 all day long, right up until they Discontinued production. The next day.... $1000+ for one that is WELL used....

The thing is, if you don't like someones price, move on.... I hope you don't look at gunnpost, talk about gouging.... prices are insane, doesn't mean they are "not trustworthy"

Not sensitive at all. I have the ability to spend my money where I please. I please to not support people who are openly looking for advice on gouging. I don't even want to see their ads. I don't want to get sucked in spending money on inferior product, over priced, or good product at even more ridiculous cost.

I bet if these tariffs last for any measurable amount of time, the price of new rifles will increase, and the trend with used will follow...

And that is natural economics. I don't want the socialist, let's jump the cost as quickly as possible to screw everyone else.

Same thing happens in the real estate market. One greedy agent manages to sell a house intentionally over priced to raise the value of all the other houses for sale, raising their commissions. In today's market, if you're not buying from yourself, they're ripping you off.

Should new firearms go up with the tariffs, I understand raising used prices. It hasn't even happened yet and ghouls are already circling. I'm almost to the point that I won't buy from the EE because of people like this and those who protect them with "buyer beware". You can't beware someone who wants to cheat people.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Hence Trudeau, the cost of living more than doubled, which is over 100%. Why is there an armagedon uproar over 25%?
I hope you pay some to do your taxes and manage your money.

You might wantvto brush up on fractions and percentages, maybe some basic math in general.

I am sure glad I didn't ask the value of my original Winchester 1895 in .303 that originally sold for $18.00 ;)

By the way I may be asking for info on many more firearms over the next year as I ease towards retirement.

Things haven’t exactly doubled in price before the Tariffs.. lol

But usually if there’s an 25% increase across the board then used items increase as well
