Go back.... wayyyyy back.....

Maybe it was a matter of foresight; my first pistol was a Browning 1910 in .32 ACP (on left). Little did I know it had a soon to be prohib barrel and was in a soon to be prohib calibre! Many years later after C68 was passed, as a matter of protest, I bought its newer and younger brother (on right).

My first revolver was a S&W 586. I purchased this about a week after I bought the 1910. I should have realized then that i had a problem.;)

I still have these guns and shoot them.

Heritage Rough Rider, Single-action 22cal LR revolver. 6.5" barrel.
Bought it (Sep 2010) before I sat for PAL/RPAL (Oct 2010). Held for me until I "graduated" at age 67.

S&W629 in 1992ish. Still have it. I have the original bill from when I bought it somewhere in the filing cabinet. I overpaid at the time but it would still make you cry......

ruger new vaquero 5.5" stainless steel in 357 mag still have it and always will. paid 630 for it taxes in and out the door had i known that the price was going to go up i maybe should have picked up a twin.

I got a Stainless Browning Buckmark in .22LR, the one with the heavy barrel. I was going to buy a 1911 later that month, and wanted some experience with a lower powered pistol before I moved up into a center-fire cartridge.

Ruger GP100, followed almost immediately thereafter by a Ruger MKIII Target. Both stainless. Both keepers. Both bought almost immediately upon the 3 stooges threatening a coalition in 2008.
