Smith and Wesson 422 with 6" barrel. Loved it, still haven't had as accurate a pistol with ANYTHING I FED IT. I ended up replacing it after I sold it a few years later with a S & W 622 . I just love those light little pistols.

S&W mod 19 bought new June 29, 1974. I missed the FAC/PAL changeover, let my FAC lapse and when I got my PAL I had no 12(6) status and had to sell it. I still feel violated.

I have been unable to find any 500 ammo as of yet, so have unfortunately not shot the 500 yet. I have the dies, powder and components and am just awaiting a friends expertise on reloading, and his press.
