So who bought the SFP9?

I usually run G Code, but called Tim at SolCan, great decision, he set me up with a holster in MC & the belt, molle vest adapters. Fantastic customer service & FAST, just waiting for everything to ship.

Whats the plastic stuff on your trigger guard.

Its a blue gun... Training aid

What? Training aid for what? Its clear plastic that has the trigger guard encased, is it some kinda trigger lock I havnt seen before?

Or do you mean the gun is not real? Meaning a training prop?

They're dummy guns made out of plastic - has no functioning parks; used primarily for training. Provides a safer alternative to other methods.

I believe this was asked earlier (perhaps before HK's received) what is the recommended holster?

The Gcode are solid, good quality. I like the RTI feature, as said in another post, you can switch from belt, to DOH, to molle.

I got my hands on it yesterday at gun store. Absolutely love it, HK high quality, great design and ergonomic.
It looks better than on picture, feels great, light weight and moves smooth, and the trigger the best one on any strike firing pistol ever.
The only reason stopped me immediately pull out my credit card is that I already owned a USP9, and there is so many other stuff on my wishlist.

And today all I can't stop thinking is selling my USP9 to tread a SFP9. Should I do that?

USP9 and SFP9 are two completely different pistol. The DA/SA trigger on the USP doesn't work for me. It's quite heavy, gritty and long. Plus, the reset is meh. Very good for duty use but for recreational and action shooting, not so much. That's why I converted my HK45 into light LEM. Plus, the controls on the USP are just wrong. The slide lock and safety/decocker should be low profile while the magasine release should be larger. Still a very good pistol build like a tank.

You are absolutely right about the USP9's trigger. But it's classic, the best design and ergonomic imo for my tiny hands, and on cosmetic side I still prefer USP over SFP9. AND USP9 is my first love as well.

I have no complain about the safety for the same reason, and you are right again about the release button which is improved on SFP9, larger and easier to use.

I have had the "urge" to buy a new handgun and have been debating the HKP30L or the SFP9, which has the best trigger? From what I have been hearing the word is the SFP9.

I have owned three different P30's in two different trigger variants (V1 and V3) and I can definitively state that the trigger on the SFP9/VP9 is the better trigger. For what it's worth, in the P30 I prefer the LEM (V1) over the SA/DA (V3); but that said, I would take my SFP9 over either in a heartbeat!

I got mine today. Have to say initial impressions are that I like the feel of a glock much better but that is what im used too. That being said ill wait to shoot it before saying anything else.

As I recall, you have pretty big hands don't you? Hopefully fiddling with the back straps and side grip panels will give you a feel you like. And if you hate it, I'm sure it will sell fast in the EE!

ya I still got to play with it yet, it has medium panels and backstraps installed from factory so ill try the large. Ill try them all out for that matter.

I will say I bought mine from Wanstalls and if they didn't touch it then Ill say HK has this thing well oiled from the factory. I feel no need to clean it at all.

As well to add to this, the sights are very nice, much better then stock glock sights.

Where did you bought the light lem for your hk45? I have a hk45c and I hate the SA/DA trigger, I'm more a striker guy.....

I am sorry, I don't remember. Hkparts sell the kit, maybe irungun can import it for you. Or even the new hk distributor north silva? Light lem is lem with the da/sa trs spring. It's an amazing trigger.
