So who has a Marlin 308MX?

Thinking of getting the blued 22'' version, just wondering what you think of yours?

Haven't got one yet but I think it will be my next purchase. I'm going to get it in the laminate/stainless model though. Looks much better and I think ballistically it would make more sense to go with the 24" barrel. SIR had some MX's the last time I was there, but no stainless models.

Last time I was at Wholesale in Winnipeg they had none didn't know if they would have any within the next year (lots of help). SIR had recieved 2 but already sold. They had quite a few MX's in stock for around $569.00 if my memory serves me correctly.

it is a cool cartridge if you're wanting a classic lever gun with enough velocity to make a 250 yard shot
