So who ordered a 12.5" grizzly?

I got my hands on a magfed 15-inch from the EE. It has the rear leaf sight. Anyone had an experience swapping sights on these things? at first glance they don't look removable. was hoping to find a ghost ring setup to use. or better yet, simply replace with a top picatinny rail for a spare red-dot ive got laying around
 
Update; bought a UTG 870 rail mount. It works, but i had to dremel a fair bit from the underside of the rail. The receiver was too tall and the mounting holes wouldnt line up till i did.

Beware, you WILL scratch the #### out of your shotgun pulling it on and off. But if your like me, its not coming off ever anyways so it doesn't matter.
