Nice !

Now you need a Leonidas upper !

Hmm........I wonder who has one for sale??

Technically he will need a lower parts kit first, then he's ready for an upper. :D

Did you know there are only 4 parts that are different from an AR-15 to an AR-10 LPK.

The front pivot pin, and the rear take down pin are longer, the Mag Catch spindel assembly is longer, and the bolt catch is different. However the rest, including the fire control group are the same.

Tell me my friend, what tube are you using there?? Is that a true AR10 carbine buffer tube, or is that an AR-15 carbine buffer tube??

Did you know there is a gent out there that makes a special buffer and spring combo that allows one to use an AR-15 buffer tube and stock. Its not cheap, but its first quality, and opens up use on a wide range of stocks, spesifiaclly the magpul UBR, a stock that I belive is particularly suited to the AR-10 carbine application.

regardless that is one nice lower you have there!!

regards

AbH

LPKs I have...and field repair kits.
It is a true Carbine tube. I wanted an AR10 tube because it is longer than an AR15 tube.

I know of the upper for sale...... nice isn't it.. LOL

Idealy you need an H3 buffer a upgraded spring and a longer tube. Vltor make a nice one.

Added value would be a 9mm buffer with that setup.

For using a regular carbine tube, use a buffer shortened by 3 quart of an inch and heavier. Home brew...But he heavy spring is still a must !

Regarding the delay in shipping... it was noticed that due to our new anodizing process, the take down pin holes made for a VERY tight fit, too tight in fact. Some clients prefer this, some don't. We simply wanted to ream the pin holes just enough to provide a PERFECT fit. This of course caused a slight delay in shipping.

I was informed (by you) that the transfer was complete, and I conversed with you via email that I would send it out ASAP... to which you responded with a "thank you". I sent it out four days later... the day our gunsmith was finished his work.

All Socom lowers are given a thorough once over before being sent out. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.
