The new Olaes Bandage with ChitGauze is not, and likely will not be licensed in Canada for some time. So unlawful to import and distribute. In 2020, new regulatory red tape caused a mass exodus of Class 2 medical devices out of Canada because of cost prohibitive licensing requirements. The only licensed hemostatic dressings in Canada now, and likely for some time, are Combat Gauze and ChitoSam.
