Soft Case

I ordered a Norinco CQ-A 14.5" the other day. I haven't got it yet but want to pick up a soft case for it. What length of a case should I get?

Asked the same question in the Canada ammo forum.. Was told overall length is 31" with the stock collapsed, And the 34" utg covert bag fits it fine.

Yup...a 34" bag fits fine with the collapsed stock. A longer bag might have more pockets/accessory loops and room for a longer fixed stock if that's something you want.

UTG and Uncle Mike both make inexpensive bags in this size in the $50 range.

IIRC the gun is 32-33" with a collapsed stock.

Get the 36" 5.11 Tactical Rifle Bag. Voodoo Tactical and Tasmanian Tiger also sells a good one.

My 16" AR just fits in my 34" UTG Alpha Battle Carrier...if you want a more discreet look. The 14.5" would be perfect in it.

I also have the Voodoo double rifle cases, and those are good too.
