So … should I wait for a email this week ?
We got the pistols in literally days before permit expired. Just waiting on wood grips and spare parts to come in before we list for sale, they were sent separately
Got spare parts, in, currently sorting into kits. Wood grips are supposed to leave next week
Sorry guys this has been immensely frustrating. Our contact went dark for a month we finally got a hold of someone, apparently there is some sort of audit going on for a potential acquisition and everyone is locked out factory. Not sure why it is taking so long or what the holdup was when the goods were at the airport before (we were told they are back at factory now)... We are literally on their case every few days. It is more then just wood grips it is also missing parts from delivery kits/parts kits/our order./warranty. As a business we want to be turning around inventory asap especially considering how much in-demand these are, we know they will be gone in a flash. We are continuing to be on their case, the latest word is apparently there will be a resolution in the next 1-2 weeks, but we've also been told 1-2 weeks since May so who knows...
We were able to re-establish contact, the parts are on their way ETA 21st. We'll be putting on site when they come in and sending out email 1st week of January
We are the official registered importers of Bersa to Canada since 2014, that means proper warranty and parts on-hand for warranty and servicing. Rolling the dice on grey market imports can often leave people high and dry if things go wrong. We do not warranty or service grey market guns.
We got the parts... but they only sent half. Rest coming next week

Strange that they say they’ve had the pistols for months now but are waiting for parts.

Hi Tactical Imports, I got the email newsletter today to advertise the Bersa 380 stuff being back in stock.
I am interested in a set of wood grips possibly, but your e-advert says "New walnut grips differ from pictured."
Could you possibly please post a photo then of what the actual wood/walnut grips look like? ;-)

The last sentence in the email advert says
"Walnut grips, spare magazines and spare parts kits optionally available
Comes with one magazine, barrel thread protector and manual. Limited quantities. New walnut grips differ from pictured."
