Looks like Tenda has the best prices on Federal and Prvi Partisan. For some reason, jacketed hollow point is the cheapest right now.

Fobus is good, but you can also nab the Galco Miami Classic and go for the full James Bond vibe if you want to shell out a few dollars more.
