I would expect TI to offer a refund of the balance paid for the 4 pistols that are not in their hands and maintain the deposit as per original transaction with the amount owing due prior to shipping. Any less and I'd be calling the. RCMP to ask if they are able to initiate registration certificates/transfers for restricted firearms that are not in their possession, let alone the country.
I would say you're under reacting to the situation. I wouldn't let them off the phone without a refund (while maintaining a deposit for items you've been waiting for).
Best of luck to you.

Apparently Alberta's CFO says it's not an issue that they are not in my possession as they will be when they are imported. I was informed that if requested I could ask Tactical Imports to take them back into their inventory but it's not a requirement as I can just state that they have not been imported yet....
Now my only valid concern seems to be the Sub Par customer service that has been provided.
Thank you all for your imput
As mentioned to the above client, due to the special order nature of the order, the balance on everyone's order was due when the order had left the factory, not when items ship from us. We cannot initiate transfers until payment has been received on any restricted firearm. Everything was already registered and transfers initiated on paid orders once cargo cleared customs. When order was received at warehouse it was discovered that half the shipment was the wrong cargo.
Correct cargo was located by factory and proper shipment inbound. Client had advised of our failure of customer service, had advised he would be posting a review on CGN and spreading word of mouth to local 3 gun clubs as to our business practices and lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We had offered full refund on order, client decided not to cancel. Client's first pistol was shipped this Tuesday and remaining pistols are estimated to go out the following Tuesday, overall shouldn't be more then a 1 week delay between shipping remainder of order.
Sounds reasonable, a week is nothing in todays world. Good on TI for commenting. Hope it works out for all parties involved.
Shipment cleared customs faster then anticipated, might even go out Saturday; 4 day delay total
