Magpul works after mods, but the proper type 81 magazines do work more reliably

I’ve never had any reliability issues with any of my modded pmag’s.

Considering I've never seen them sell spare furniture kits of any kind for any variation of type 81 before other than aftermarket aluminum handgaurds...

TI has previously said that it's something they are looking into. So, hopefully it's coming with the next batch of rifles in the summer of 2025, or earlier.

Magpul mags DONT allow you to close the UF with mag attached - slight changes in geometry mean the bottom edges of mag will catch on the UF as it closes.

Not necessarily true, I have converted hundreds of pmags mags for the T81 and I have never had issues with the underfolder and have never received complaints that they were catching. It definitely varies from T81 to T81 but most clear them
