Not sure if there are any phosphate finish ones left, but here's the reason why you may want that one from the TI listing:

Available on the first shipment only -and at no additional cost, is the limited edition phosphate finish model. The phosphate finish offers superior corrosion and scratch resistance to standard blued finish.

Also, was the original Type 81's barrel chrome lined? Being able to fire garbage corrosive ammo without heavily cleaning the barrel every time would be a big plus for this over the original if that is the case:

Thicker and longer chrome lined barrel for better retained accuracy during high volume firing

I was able to get one before the web site crashed, never got the order number page but got the confirmation e mail so I should be good
shoulda ordered the drum mag though, guess I can get one at a later date
I'm assuming that the mags and slings will be available to buy separately later on?
Also TI does this use the same sling as the normal Type 81? It looks like it but not sure

Yup, original ones has chrome lines barrels and gas system. Still recommended to either put some rust preventative or a bore snake through after shooting corrosive though!
