Type 81 SE OR, what's the means of OR? Or what's the difference between SE and SE OR?
Also safety on other side no?
Optics ready
If you intend on adding the side rail mount you need pins with inside threads to screw into the mount the OR means it comes with those pins installed instead of the normal solid ones that is the only difference.
If that’s the only difference I’m surprised the regular version is sold out while the OR isn’t. They’re both the same price, even if you don’t want optics on it at least you will always have the option.

Except you have obnoxious threaded pins sticking out 1/2 inch on the side of the receiver until you find a mount.
A little ugly, if you don't install a slide scopt![]()
There should be a supply of the regular pins out there from anyone who bought a scope or rail kit and upgraded themselves. You could probably cut the pins from the right diameter stainless steel dowel.
Well, the 81 SE Fixed Stock has just sold out. Only two more options left.
Surprised the OR versions are still in stock when they are the same price as the standard version
No one wants the crooked mount for $200 or the WW1 cobra optic for the price of an Eotech
This is the stupidest comment I've read in awhile lol yeah cause they had red dots in WW1 or the 90s was that long ago.
