I contacted Tim (after being referred through here) about getting some mag holders/holster. Went with some of the new single mags he was working on.Great price and delivered quickly.Very good communication through the process as I had a bunch of newbie questions.He contacted me today to ask if I had any issues with them being sloppy on the belt.I had noticed when I tried them out but figured its because of the belt loop ( not a huge issue as they held the mags great) He then told me he had a few people with the same issue and has since tweaked the design so he would send me some tech-Lock holders to correct them. Wow thats looking after your customers and thats how you get referrals and repeat business. Great job Tim....We need to support local Canadian businesses like these so they can provide us with completive priced product and great service. I might have save a penny or two buying from a big US manufacture but I doubt I would have gotten this level of service.....

I may have only bought one from Tim so far, but he's got my business for kydex holsters for as long as I need them and as long as he makes them. He contacted me last month, 3-4 months after I received, just to see how it was holding up. Service is outstanding, and I'm glad to see more and more people buying his product. Glad you had as good of a transaction as I did.
