hello there i was wondering if someone could message me and help me asround this site i am in fort mcmurray and am looking for some people or groups to go shooting with i am also looking for the equipment exchange i cant seem to find it am i doining something wrong or is there a time i have to wait?

I see you already found the newbie FAQ section. Good info there on how to navigate CGN. Take some time to read the different stuff there. It'll help.
As far as the equipment exchange, you have to apply for access. It's about 1/2 way down the main page and there is a link in red for application or click here

You'll find this place a great source of info. Are you a new shooter? Already own firearms or are just getting into it?
Oh, if you use the occasional period when you write it makes it a lot easier for people to read and understand what you're trying to get across. Punctuation really does make a difference
