Howdy, I was at my local gun nut store the other day and over heard a customer talking to the counter queen about when are those Stg 44's going to be here??:eek:

Anyone out there heard about a company in Germany that is going to start producing re-makes of the famous Sturmgewehr 44 (In non-restricted) like the CZ-858?

I seriously doubt that we here in Canada will ever see that rifle at our local gun store. :(

But if it does happen, sign me up!!!

They have already come in marstar just sold out to museums.

See the quote from John at Marstar, at the bottom of the link (that is 32 pages long so far) in the Black Rifles Section:

OK FOLKS;
Just got back from meetings with the producer, we will have another shipment in Canada within 4-6 weeks....

I am confident we will have that section of our website up with a few days....

We are planning on making 7.92x33 reloadable brass available.

If any questions send me a note at john@marstar.ca

Our site will feature the BD-38, the BD-44 and the BD-3008 later this coming week....
The FG-42 goes into production in 4 weeks or so.... Other rare collectables to follow.
So why won't you see them at stores in Canada ? They are approved and have FRT numbers.

johnone, after all the bs you get fed (too expensive, too slow, too few, too fast, too many, too cheap) it must feel good to be able to put up a post like that

IAN IN VIC;
It really is hard to understand how the firearms community can be so negative in this country ??

As you correctly state, it does not matter what you say, what you do, how you do it.... You can't seem to make everyone happy....

We do our best to introduce interesting and affordable new toys to the North American market and simply ignore the negative people.

Thanks for your support,
John

i assume that the MP38 and Stg44 repros will be restricted. can i assume that the FG42 will be non-restricted?
