some newbie 9mm reloading price question

Hi
When i see on a seller of brass says "price per m", what does m stand for?
What size does winchester WSF powder come in and how much does it cost on average?
And I am living in kitchener-waterloo area, anyone knows where i can get reloading supplies (bullet, primer and powder) cheap? It would be nice if it is withing driving distance cause shipping for bullets is high and I would like to keep the cost of reloaded ammo at less than 130 per 1000. (9mm Luger with 147gr bullet)

"...130 per 1000..." If it costs you that much you're being robbed. $50 per thousand is high. Forget jacketed bullets. They will add considerably to the cost. They can run $25 to $30 per 100.
Think cast. Don't know if Shooter's Choice has 'em though. I haven't been there for a while. They'll be able to tell you where to go if they don't. Nice people in there.
147's are ok, but heavy for a 9mm. 115, 121 or 124 grain cast or swaged run less than $50 per thousand. Jacketed 147 grain bullets run about $20 per 100
Powder is sold by the pound. Usually around $20 or less per pound. 7,000 grains to a pound. You'll be using 3.5 to 4 grains per cartridge. Some of it comes in 8 pound kegs. Much more expensive of course and usually a special order due to our idiot laws. The shops can only have so much powder in the store, so kegs are ordered.
A thousand primers is another $20 or so.

There's Lovett's at 3310 King Street, East. 519-893-4867. No web site. Don't have a clue what they're carrying. They were a fishing shop when I lived in K-W.
If you ever get to London(It's an hour and a half down the 401), there's Gobles on Sovereign(off Veterans Memorial Hwy). They have cast bullets(not on the web site though), but I didn't look for 9mm the last time I was in there. .38's are less than $40. I suspect 9mm's will be around that. "...do not want to cast bullets..." It's safe, but you need a well ventilated place to do it. Then you'll be rummaging around gas stations for lead wheel weights.

Anywhere I've been lately powder is more like $20-$25/lb, Lawry's generally has 4 & 8 pound containers in stock. Primers now start at $26/K (with an increase coming this month and another in January - according to Hummasons)
