My 'path to the AK wall' has an SKS, SVT and Valmet on it (for now)

I wonder if one can take a non-restricted valmet, affix a manufacturer barrel shorter than 18.5" and make it restricted?

Looks like a mirror of my AKs.....mix of Chinese and Hungarian. Love the Hungarian the best.....miss shooting them. But i do take them out of the safe once in a while to clean them.

Not speculation. Those AKs will eventually head to the chop shop and smelter after their owner dies, as will all prohibs in Canada. Too "scary" to pass on to others who might enjoy them.

Not very familiar with "prohibited" rules, if those AK's are still fully functional, can you still have fun with them in the shooting range?

Still fully functional, but long time ago some Ahole politicians decided that they look too dangers and we should keep them at home.

Just beauties. I will never have the pleasure in owning the top 3. The 4th will likely be next on the block. Wonder what lessons can be learned from the 90’s. The RCMP and government alike will have there work cut out for them depending where they go with this bill. Very sad days are ahead.
