BTW, the eyeware is made by a Canadian company called Revision! It is originaly from downtown Montreal but now has HQ in Essex Junction Vt USA due to American contracts!

I have 2 different sets of Revision glasses and the bottom of both packages said "made in china'.

I believe the front site in the first picture is a XS tritium site but i could be wrong. I believe they run the vortex flash-hider also so they are silencer/suppressor compatible. Man I love the M14 in EBR platform.

Is that civvy dishing out medals ' Robert K Brown ' , probably pinning 'celebrity recognition ribbons' on three guys out of thousands on base who thought they recognized him in the canex
 
Pretty neat pics...they all seem to be SF...would it be safe to say Rangers? I don't think anyone else matches Multicam like that yet. Could be wrong...?
 
We need some 'Nam era photos of them as well, including the iconic Washington Memorial one where some hippies are putting flowers in their barrels.

Yes, that is a Smith Enterprises Direct Connection Vortex Flash Suppressor.

It was designed for their Quick Detach Suppressor...........

I have had them on several of my M14 builds.......they work great...... ;)

The Suppressor is an Airsoft replica of the SEI issued suppressor..............:D

The civilian in the photograph is Robert Gates, U. S. Secretary of Defense at the time. He has been replaced by Leon Panetta.
