That is one ###y gun!
I think I know what im building next, What kind of rail is that? even the body looks like its aftermarket,
Sorry im very new to the m14, I didnt know they can get that ###y,

Im assuming its non restricted too?

Well, I may be willing, I just need to find out what rail and sights that bad boy is using, as for the body, what is that one? The only m14 I have ever seen is wood, and maybe the odd plastic one, but even then, it would have a fixed stock.
If anyone can PM me the details, that would be great!

I've seen prices hovering around the $700 mark in the US, so I'm a little afraid to ask but.....

What does the Sage EBR go for in Canada?

I just found all the info on that guy, I can get the m14 for about 500, and then spend another 1400 for the conversion.
Then there is the money needed to do the work.
from start to finish, its high 2k

Nope. The SAGE EBR and that *thing* that marstar is trying to sell for 700 bucks are VERY different. The SAGE has way better quality, and yes I can't see spending twice as much on a stock then I did on the gun. Tho the SAGE is veerryy nice....

Scottie - if you have a minute, I'd be interested to hear the differences - I was only looking at the photos and thought they looked pretty similar (and assume that the Marstar one is a copy of the SAGE?). How do they differ?

TIA -

It does look cool like a HALO weapon but I just don't like the Sage. I don't get taking a nice weapon like the M14 and making it heavier and adding a whole bunch of sharp edges and gadgets. I like the Socom 16 first version much better. A complete kit with everthing you need to turn your M305 into a
Socom 16(18 and a half actually)would get me excited.

I believe that you have pictured the stock that is the made in Canada version of the Sage.

When they are talking about "dimensional variations" I know the Canadian stock did not like to let go of the magazines. I heard they were working on it however.

Sorry, but that is NOT the Canadian version of the SAGE stock.

That is a real deal Sage with the AR15 stock adaptor.

I can see the SAGE stamping on the side of the stock.

Plus H20 MAN hails from the U.S. and has MANY SAGE stocks in his collection.

He is known as a SAGE Guru so to speak.;)

No, what I have is a new 2nd generation SAGE Navy SEAL Chop Mod stock.
It is pictured with an 18" Crazy Horse MK14 SEI action. I have no issued with this stock.

Hey Skullboy ;)
