Some Shadow 2 goodness

I can't remember her name, she works at the factory though, along with a couple dozen other stunners, Klara, Lisa and so many names I can't remember them all. Did like 25 bite pics after lunch at the factory cafeteria.

And yes that is a mandrel for the hammer forging, can't post pics of the machine (not sure why, it's not like they are secret). Just like I can't post video of the metal chunks becoming slides, or the casting of the frames.
was a great day, lots of learning, including, omg, yes, they recommend shock buffs in all their pistols, but don't include them in the basic gun kits because they don't think those guns will shoot more than 10,000 rounds in a lifetime.

Be reassured Slav, some of us believed in you from the start. I installed a ss guide rod and a shock buff in my Shadow a long time ago...

I saw a photo of an "Urban Grey" version of the Shadow 2 at the recent Extreme Euro match (grey instead of the blue grips). Nice to see CZ has a couple of colour choices.
 
The have been production delays (which doesn't surprise most of us sadly), but the good news is, 4000 of the guns are shipping as I type this.
For shock buffs, most of the dealers have them, or did at least. you can also try robin sebo www.http://seboweapons.com/en/ I know he has them. I will be back end of August and should still have a few extras left
 
they have shock buffs at Dlask. Just look at the ss guide rod and there is an option to order just the shock buffs. 5$ each if memory serves.

I saw a video of the Shadow 2 with many different colors for the mag release, basepads, and grips (Saw orange, red, purple) . Anyone hear anything about those? Are guns going to be sold with those, or will they be aftermarket add ons?

Slavex, do you know if they are shipping to Canada yet?
 
The different colors were done for the IWA show, some of the various parts should be available later on, when? I have no idea and neither does the factory at this point in time.
I do not know if they have shipped any to Canada yet or not. My plans to hit the factory again next week have hit a small snag.
