Someone needs to make a lever action in 9mm.

Yup, this has been said a million times before but it will go like this:

Purchase new (crappier than previous) firearm, use it for a while and suddenly there is some crazy lady on the TV squaking some / all of the following emotion generating horse sh1t:

"No one needs this to hunt" / "Won't someone think of the children?" / "If it saves only one life...." or platitudes to that effect.

We have / had WAY better options. I am NOT suggesting everyone gives up but I think we are looking at the wrong kind of path forward here. The ONLY answer is for Government to back off and leave us alone.

When I look at lever guns compared to what we had access to a couple of weeks ago I simply cant do it. And before someone says "But that is our only option, well it is not. I will wait for a new government to fix things up but if that doesn't happen then I will find somewhere that trusts its citizens with firearms.
Some of us want to keep shooting and in order to do that. We still need to follow the law when doing it or lose everything! This is just another excuse for me to buy a gun 😁

Might something like the Marlin 62 be possible? Lever action box magazine originally made in .256 Winchester and .30 Carbine.

A lever action with a stick magazine looks RIDICULOUS. Objectively. Not subjectively. It is ugly, wrong, awkward, and an abomination. As well mated as chalk and cheese.

A lever action needs a stick magazine like a fish needs a bicycle.

- My 2 Cents.

Ok. Torch me now. :)
Ha, it is ugly, but I've spent enough time loading tube mags that I'll buy a box-mag lever if the price is right.

i'd be all over that. henry already has a good template with the homesteader. i understand the whole 37/38 concept being an equal but i have a #### ton of 9mm just sitting around waiting to get fired from a barrel. even if canuck made a blackout edition in 9mm. i also don't understand why companies such as black creek labs or maple ridge armory don't invest in creating lever action rifles and unique shotguns that are still very suitable for the canadian market. i'd much prefer supporting them than a turkish company. gimme a lever action in 9mm, 12 gauge and 308 and i'm a happy man

Rossi! Save us! Make an 1892 in 9mm!
There is the Taylor’s and Company TC73 lever action in 9mm but it’s very expensive and I’m not sure they’re in Canada yet, Ruger also just released their Marlin 1894 Trapper in 10mm (Not compatible with 40S&W) that is available here in Canada which that rifle is also not cheap!

The Taylor's and company one has horrible reviews.
Ya I know, I guess the review units they sent to GunTubers were hand picked for quality control, but later I started seeing videos where it constantly malfunctions, it’s hard to load rounds in it, the lifter mechanism jams and a few other things, the price is just insane as well.
