Are the grooves on a CZ 457 designed for a 3/8" or 11mm mounting system?

I've checked the net and there is a lot of confusion out there on the topic.

Locally I found the Weaver Grand Slam Torx (windage adjustable) mounts, but in 3/8" only.

They are matte and match the finish of the scope I intend to mount, but .....

Leopold rimfire rings work as do Burris, the latter having a reversible tension plate.
