Whoa. Not that I would try to convince you to buy one brand or another (more SIGs for me! Hooray!) But saying you can't polish triggers (hammers/trigger bars/sears/etc, really, but I digress) is simply wrong.

Why on earth do people think working on SIGs is so difficult??

The only other single stack that I haven't seen mentioned here is the Tokarev and clones of it. Single stack with 8 rounds. Short grips though. Big hands don't like them.

The Shooting Edge has two P225 pistols on their website. You won't believe how much better they feel.

The 225 is a great pistol, I hear the 239 is too - but that's not to say that being marreid to the 1911 is a bad thing
