Sometimes a person needs to bebrought back to reality.

Congrats on falling for an old Canadian gem, no harm in that. A couple of years ago, I felt like I'd missed the boat having never owned a Cooey .22. So, I bought (sight unseen) a 75 whale belly and while the sights were really decent, the accuracy good, the gun was massive and fussy to load with cold fingers. With any fingers. My kids couldn't even #### it, let alone hold it to shoot offhand and I soon began to lose interest in the gun. I sold that without an ounce of regret. Before I decided to never buy another, I got a chance to hold a Cooey 750 and while it looks just as pissy to load/####, the size is much better....so I'm back to considering a Cooey now. Chances are...with so many other, better .22s in the safe, I can't it it getting much use.
