Sorry Can Am for all the whiners, I/we want low prices and can wait

Half their problem is Canpar, they are Subpar. Unfortunately I believe they are the only ones who ship ammo. I have an idea, for non ammo shipments use, lets say, Canada Post. I have had many shipments through CP and they have been timely with a tracking system that actually works!
 
I placed my first order with them a couple weeks ago. During the Christmas/New Year's rush. This past week or so has been SHOT show. So them, and other CGN sponsors, are running on less staff while we're all busily buiying stuff up because of events and fears about shortages in the US. They processed my order yesterday. I'm not #####ing; I got to change around my order a few times to adjust for things I'd forgotten. Satisfied so far= people need to get off the 'I want it now, so I'm gonna :bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug:' button.
 
I have placed several orders with CanAm and I find their shipping to be quite acceptable. It isn't next day that is for sure but it does usually show up at my door in about 2-4 weeks. That is good enough for the deal you get. If you are in a hurry you can consider the 20-25% high cost of purchasing from somewhere else and paying for shipping your "expedited shipping fee"
 
My orders have always been in a decent time frame. I would much rather see non ammo items go through Canada Post but Can Par will do. I have no complaints with can ammo but Can Par's tracking system just doesn't work. For my package to go across the country and not 1 single scan being done besides pickup just isn't good enough.
 
Man, the entitlement of some people is just astounding. I've ordered numerous times from canadaammo, and im quite pleased with the service thus far. Is it next day service, no.. but free shipping works for me and because of this, I understand there could be a delay.

Are there ANY other sponsors that offer free shipping on orders over $100 ALL THE TIME? Nope.

Christmas is probably the busiest time for them, not to mention all the crap going on in the USA, PLUS shotshow.

Just be patient guys, your orders will arrive soon enough.
 
No complaints here, Now if they decide to be like wholesale sports and take my order then neglect to tell me until I call 3 months later; that they are out of stock and wont have anything for another 3-6 months then me complains.

Can Am good, Wholesale mediocre... :)
 
Its a free market gentlemen. A democracy in which you vote with your dollars. It does absolutely no good to :bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug: and complain in forums. You have the choice to either get discount prices and have a little extra wait time because of the amount of orders that the business must process, or pay the higher prices with local retailers. Their policy says 3 days under "normal" conditions. When you consider Christmas, new years, shot show, and poor shipping companies, you can hardly consider that "normal" conditions.
 
I recently ordered 2 crates of 7.62x39. Sure it took a couple of weeks - but it was over Christmas when ammo was selling out everywhere. No complaints at all - the free shipping is great.

I only with they had some crates (1200) of corrosive for ~$200 shipped.
 
When you place an order around the holidays and shot show you're going to have to wait a bit. These are non necessity items at a very good price, you'll survive. I have a crate on order myself, personally I don't expect to see it for a while and that's fine with me. If I desperately need to shoot before it get here I'll buy a few boxes from my local guy. First world problems... ;)
 
I have bought from CanadaAmmo multiple times recently, and any problems were dealt with quickly and in my favour. Shipping has been reasonable ~ fast. Products are as described at a good ~ great price. Not a 'fanboy' but certainly a fan of theirs. They and every dealer/retailer get busy at times and around SHOT etc key people are away which of course tends to slow things down a little. Not sure why, maybe sector stressors from the US craziness, but if CGN is an example, 'gun people' are really edgy and 'raw' right now resulting in even more than the usual healthy (read unhealthy) dose of negativity, complaining and backstabbing. I think everyone's needs to have a beverage of their choice, relax the knot in their panties and spend some time talking about all the good stuff going on in our industry/hobby because if you look under the anti hubris and reaction to it there is still good stuff going on and our retailers like CanadaAmmo are supporting us pretty darn well given the circumstances.

It just sucks to see a business in the Canadian firearms community that's done nothing wrong get publicly raked over the coals by impatient, immature, ungrateful costumers.
