On your website you make it clear that email is your preferred method of contact but it would be swell if you would take the time and respond at least within a few days. Three emails sent be me and all I hear are crickets. You could PM me here if you like otherwise I'll try letter mail next week.

End of another full week waiting for a email reply. (First email was sent June 28th, so three weeks tomorrow). I'm going to be passing through Cochrane towards the end of August. I will stop in to discuss my product issue in person. Unless of course you manage to catch up with your aftersales emails beforehand and my issue is resolved.

Thanks for providing the email date - that has enabled us to identify you I think (Hogue grip issue?). We sent your query to Hogue for their comments but it doesn't appear that we got a reply and so that's how your query managed to get lost... sorry about that. We'll contact Hogue again and this time make sure that we stay on top of it. We'll continue this conversation via email.
