If one goes to the Gunwriters on the Web a diagram of a supressor can be found. They should not be too difficult to make. Hunters in Finland simply want to save their hearing. Too bad we cannot use them also. Government people watch too many spy and action movies. Citizens are just people not characters from a movie.

suppressors need a tax stamp in the US whether bought or home made (not even sure if you can make them without a licence, probably not).

I've used the AWC's and they work great, your talking about hunting not high volume round count before you clean it so the AWC will fit the bill

Individuals can make them (if in a state that allows them) and Form 4 them during somepoint in the construction. BATFE cashes the cheque when they approve the Form4
