A friend of mine has a barrel and slide and would like to complete the gun is there anywhere to buy a complete and or stripped frame? As always thanks in advance

Buy a complete Norinco 1911, and you got one of the best milled 1911 frames going. And inexpensive, too.

Sell the barrel & slide on the EE and just buy a good 1911, like the Remington R1, or the Ruger 1911 Target, or even on of the Wolverine S.A.M. 1911's.
