Looking for a compensated 400 corbon barrel for my 1911.
I know Garand, member here, has a 400 corbon barrel but it's a normal one, looking for a compensated or compensator capable.

Thanks y'all.

only see 45 acp to 10mm auto caliber swap on their website??
also dont see 1911 barrels

so far I know les baer offers them in a 6'' i could get cut and threaded, but don't know who could get me that barrel

I purchased a non compensated 400 Cor-Bon barrel about a year ago from Questar https://shopquestar.com/shopping65/default.asp The barrel manufacturer is Storm Lake http://www.stormlakebarrel.com/index
Check the Questar web site as they do have some barrels listed but I am not sure if they have the one you are looking for. I believe that if they don't have the one that you want you can order one direct from Storm Lake and it will be shipped through Questar as they are a distributor for them.
Hope this helps.

oh it does help alot

they even have it pre-threaded which saves for the costs but now I have to find a compensator.

what do i have to do to buy through storm lake? I call questar?

All you have to do is purchase it through Storm Lake. Questar handles things on this end no problem, no questions asked.

My Storm Lake threaded barrel just showed up for my S&W M&P45. Fantastic service from all involved. :)

Buy with confidence from Storm Lake.

i want to use large pistol/ large magnum pistol primer so i will resize brass from the 45 and crimp if necessary.

why the large primer? Simply cause I'm too lazy to change the setup on my dillon.
I will for sure let you guys know how it ends up, but it won't be before quite a while, my money is targeted towards rebarelling and mcmillan a-5'ing my bolt gun for now
