Source for 44 webley brass

I know Buffalo Arms has them but won't ship to Canada. Or can somebody thin the rim on the inside of a 44 special brass? Just asking for suggestions. 44 Russian etc, has too thick of a rim. thanks

I've always made mine from 44 Russian, using a lathe to thin the rim.

Yes, I had some turned down from 44 Russian before (can't find it right now) but I don't have a lathe and it would be a hassle to reload right now since I am in an apartment but it would be possible if I would just get the brass. Or if somebody could do it and even charge me for it. I am not unreasonable. I have 4 revolvers in 44 Webley, so I have to find a solution. Thanks
