Been trying a bunch of different mags in my AR and ACR both are a little picky and dont agree much on mags. But I've grown very fond of the latest ASC LAR-15 mags (the stainless steel "marlube" black finish with the orange anti tilt follower). Both guns like them, and I prefer them over aluminium and plastic mags as much as I do hate them being so short; so I have been wondering if anybody knew where I could find me some 5/30s built from the same components.
Google leads me to PPP's LAR-15 10/30 and 10/20, I didn't even know these existed somehow! Why these aren't everywhere IDK... anyway the 10/30s are out of stock so that leaves the straight bodied 10/20s; maybe I'll do that but the 30s full size body is what I desire most, even if that means pinned to 5.
Which brings me back the the title of this thread: is there a source for ASC SS black/orange 5/30 mags?
