We will have some in stock by mid summer.![]()
Any idea what the pricetag would be on a new one? Just looking for a rough estimate.
Ok, I'll be the one to ask; "slam-fire"?![]()
They are now made in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Last month I was at a sport show in Ohio and Ithaca Gun Company was set up there with about 40 guns. VERY nice and the guys and gals working the booth were super! They now make a 28 ga Featherlight in three grades.
"A" $999, "AA" $1,589 and "AAA" $3,499. Absolutely Beautiful!!
Nice to see the old name on new guns, just as long as the quality is there! Can't go wrong with a Model 37 in 20ga or 16ga for bunny hunting!I used to shoot one for trap and skeet that I bought for similar, and it would surprise you if your finger was anywhere near the trigger when you cycled the action. This 'slam-fire' I heard was caused by a worn-out spring (?) that was not functioning properly after 40-50 years of use. Still the nicest pump I've ever shot, and I would buy another in a second.
