Source for Non Lethal Shot for 12 Gauge?

Hello All!

I'm looking for a source in Canada, southern Ontario preferably but doesn't have to be, who sells non-lethal shotun ammunition to the public (screamers, bear banger shells, bean bags, rock salt, flares). I even hear there is a mace round that fires a big cloud of the stuff about 15 feet, an EXCELLENT bear deterant by all regards.

So, if anyone knows, please post or PM. I am also looking to buy off private owners who have a bunch of these random shells laying about just to try them out.

Le Baron sells (and actually stocks!) Bear Bangers and flares for the 12Guage.

There was an outfit on the west coast (an animal control supply company) that sold rubber slug/buck and beanbag rounds, but I can't find their link anymore Hopefully another nutter knows more!

Try these guys: margosupplies.com. They sell various 12 ga. ammo for animal control. But remember, there is no such thing as "non-lethal" ammo for any firearm; some ammo may be tagged as less lethal, but that does not mean that it is not capable of killing an animal or person, just that it is not specifically designed to do so...

Totally understood krausb, thus the quotations for pseudoism I'll have a look into those guys, and I'll speak to LeBarons next time I'm around at their shop. Personally if a bear was nearby, I'd rather scare it off than kill it. Mind you, bear jerky is mighty fine eating! Just like dog. Mmm yum yum Malamute!
